Abstract

|
This article examines women"s health location by examining law related to health, Social Vision 2030, Health Investment Strategy, Comprehensive Plan of People Health Improvement 2010, and first, second, and third Women"s Policy Basic Plan. Using the literature review and public documents, this article finds that our current government have dealt with women"s health in a narrow perspective, focusing on only women"s reproductive health. The government has not paid attention to the fact that causes and results of all kinds of diseases by sex are different in terms of gender-based analysis. The differentiated law and health plan by gender and sex are urgently needed.
